Our enterprise was established within the framework of the implementation of the industrial and innovative development program of Kazakhstan, actively carried out by the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

We, a domestic manufacturer of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with engineering companies from Europe, are implementing technologies to create the best technical solutions aimed at reducing wear protection against:

The products we manufacture are bimetallic wear-resistant steel plates (easily weldable, low-carbon, corrosion-resistant, or heat-resistant steel) consisting of a base layer and a surface layer resistant to abrasive and erosive wear. The coating of these plates is applied through electric arc welding with the application of powdered alloys.
In the production process of TOO "Zavod sverkhterdykh pokrytiy Fast Enerdzhi," European technologies and materials are used, along with the latest equipment. Together, this ensures uniform application, a high degree of process stability, and, consequently, the high quality of the final product.

The dump truck body is primarily subjected to two types of impacts affecting wear rate. The lining must resist wear; the body structure itself experiences indentation and deformation.

There are various situations associated with abrasive wear. The central part is subjected to abrasive impact, while the unloading section is exposed to compression from sliding bulk materials. In most cases, wear is concentrated in the loading section, although part of the wear affects the unloading section. A Tverdost plate with 57-62 HRC hardness is used. Replacement interval for liners: 6-8 months.
BUCKETS

The outer side surface of the excavator bucket is subjected to wear due to sliding under heavy loads. This type of wear is highly aggressive.

The photos show that the bulldozer blade is also subject to wear. To prevent rapid wear of the equipment, wear-resistant plates are used.
Currently, there is a standard technology for lining the buckets of hydraulic crawler quarry excavators, which is also applied when strengthening other types of similar equipment, including wheel excavators.
