One of the services offered by FAST ENERGY is high-velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) spraying.
This technology utilizes products of gas combustion, such as kerosene and oxygen. When mixed within the device, these components create a supersonic jet that allows materials to be applied at speeds equal to 7-9 times the speed of sound. This ensures high coating density and adhesion. This method serves as an alternative to coatings like galvanization.
Coating parameters for high-velocity spraying:- Porosity: less than 1%
- Adhesion: 80 MPa and above
- Optimal coating thickness: 0.1 mm – 0.5 mm
