GAS-THERMAL SPRAYING
The company FAST ENERGY specializes in applying high-strength coatings using gas-thermal spraying methods. This technology can be applied to strengthen parts and assemblies of equipment across various industries, including metallurgy, paper production, and the oil and gas sector. For instance, it is used for rollers and shafts of transport systems.

FAST ENERGY offers the following types of spraying:

  • High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) spraying
  • Plasma spraying (external and internal)
  • Gas flame spraying (powder and wire-fed)
  • Electric arc metallization

Each spraying type includes a set of measures aimed at increasing the hardness, wear resistance, and durability of parts, making them resilient to aggressive environmental conditions.

During the work process, FAST ENERGY adheres to international quality standards. All procedures are carried out exclusively using premium-class equipment from Flame Spray Technologies (Netherlands) and Siemens. To ensure the quality of the resulting product, a laboratory control process is conducted after the spraying is completed.
The company can apply coatings to ready-made parts, restore their dimensions, and strengthen them by applying new coatings.

A specific specialization of the company is the application of superhard coatings made of tungsten carbide WC, chromium carbide Cr3C2, and chromium oxide C/203 on shafts and rollers used across various industries.

We also have the capability to manufacture ready-made rollers and shafts based on the customer’s designs, followed by the application of the required coating.
Throughout the project, our specialists provide consultations and assist in selecting the necessary coating types based on the technical requirements of the client.
