ARC METALLIZATION
FAST ENERGY offers arc metallization services.

The arc spraying process involves melting metal wires using an electric arc formed between them, blowing compressed gas through the arc, atomizing the molten metal, and transferring it as particles onto the surface of the part. This method is primarily used for anti-corrosion tasks, utilizing aluminum, zinc, and stainless steel wires.

Why is this method so popular? The reason lies in its flexibility—any type of wire can be melted. Often, two types of wires are used simultaneously during heating, allowing for the creation of a particle alloy.

Arc metallization is not only effective but also convenient. It can quickly cover large surfaces.

Mobile equipment enables anti-corrosion treatment at the customer's site and the processing of large surfaces such as containers, tanks, tankers, ships, bridges, etc.
